The  owner Eric C Anderson has been in construction for over 30 years combined. Starting his Bussiness ECA Construction during high school at South shore Votec. Eric Started out doing Electrical  Then Building Addtions and Houses right after high school, Eric learned how to build a house from the foundation up. From Plumbing ,Elecrtical, Heating Systems.  Six years ago Eric turned there passion into a business to Flipping Homes that focuses on the long-term goals he has for over 30 years in contracting experience.
